Inspire Body Mist
Inspire body mist is a beautiful exotic essential oil & crystal infused body mist that you can use anywhere, anytime to uplift your mood and fill you with a sense of adventure.
It contains a special blend of essential oils (Orange, Bergamot, Clove, Rose, Sandalwood, Jasmine, Ylang, Ylang, Cardamom and Patchouli) designed to have an inspiring and energising effect on mind and body. The Sweet Orange floral water was chosen as a base for it's energising and uplifting properties. Carnelian crystals have been added to every bottle for their stimulating and motivating properties. |
To use, give a little shake, then you can simply mist over your face and body and take a few deep breaths.
To enhance the energising effect of the body mist, I suggest using it in conjunction with either one, or both of the acupressure points described below.

Acupressure
Acupressure is a system of medicine that is based on the same energetic principles as acupuncture, however, instead of needles, you use pressure on the points with your hands or another instrument. You need to use gentle but firm pressure on each point for a full two-three minutes to get the desired effect.
Two wonderful points to help promote energy and vitality are CV-6 and ST-36, outlined below.
Two wonderful points to help promote energy and vitality are CV-6 and ST-36, outlined below.
CV-6
CV-6, Qihai (Sea of Qi) is located 2 finger-widths below the centre of your bellybutton, and is one of the most empowering points on the body. It helps to regulate both the function and circulation of Qi throughout your whole body.
This point stimulates your body's healing processes, promotes vitality, focus and longevity, and strengthens the immune system. Use gentle finger pressure gradually and perpendicularly on this point, for two to three minutes. If you are pregnant, use your palm instead of your fingertips and only use very gentle pressure. |
St-36
ST-36, Susanli (Leg Three Miles) is located four finger-widths below the knee cap, and one finger-width lateral (to the outside) of the crest of the tibia.
This point is one of the most important points to tonify Qi and Blood in the body, and promote general wellness. It strengthens the body, harmonises the digestive organs, and enhances the immune system. There is a wonderful legend about this point that I think demonstrates the power of this point beautifully! In ancient times, Chinese warriors hiking accross the vast countryside to protect their nation would wear leather sashes, with stones hanging from either side of their waist. When the warriors became so exhausted that they couldn't walk any further, they would kneel down to rest on the stones, which would stimulate the point ST-36 on each leg. After rising from this position, the warriors found they had tapped into their deep reserves of strength and energy, and were able to walk 'three more miles'. |
I hope you enjoy using your aromatherapy spray, as much as I enjoyed making it for you!!
