​This is a lovely little kit that helps you harness the power of Auriculotherapy for natural stress relief.

Auriculotherapy is the stimulation of specific points on the ear for a therapeutic effect. It is based on the premise that the ear is a microsystem of the body – that is, every part of our body has a corresponding point on the ear. 

This kit contains everything you need to use a simple and effective technique for enhanced feelings of calm and relaxation.
