Women clearly have unique health needs as our bodies are constantly moving through cycles, both small and large. Our hormones shift with each menstrual cycle and each stage of life. Not only does this rhythmic change of hormones affect our bodies in obvious ways – for example, gynaecological conditions, fertility, pregnancy and postpartum – but due to our unique biology, other health conditions are experienced differently too and benefit from a woman-centred approach.

Whilst women are more likely than men to seek out healthcare of any kind, I know only too well that we tend to lead very busy, active lives, and often put our self-care at the end of our never-ending to-do lists. I am committed to supporting you in all aspects of your physical, mental and emotional health, and to providing a safe, nurturing, respectful and compassionate space for healing to occur.
