I am excited to introduce my latest project – a mini ear seed kit for natural stress relief. I made the first batch to give away as gifts at my upcoming clinic Open Day, so if you came along and received a kit, it is hot off the press! (And hilariously, back to front, but that is another story!) I have started using ear seeds in the clinic quite a bit lately as I find them such an effective way to enhance and continue the therapeutic effects of acupuncture for days after the actual treatment. Here is some more information about ear seeds and auriculotherapy, and detailed instructions for how to make the most of your Ear Seed Kit.

Is there anything better than a hot cup of chai on a chilly Winter’s day? This popular beverage from India traditionally incorporates black tea, aromatic spices, milk and honey, and is already a powerful digestive and immune tonic in its own right. However, add in some extra immune boosting herbs from the Chinese medicine pharmacopoeia and you have a recipe for a deliciously therapeutic superdrink!
I've started doing some Facebook Lives over on my Facebook page! Here you can see my very first attempt - I'm just recording it here for posterity :-)
