With the holiday season well and truly underway, I wanted to share with you a fun and helpful resource that I have found, and have permission to share with you. It is an e-booklet that you can download - full of recipes, tips and information to help you keep to your health goals during the midst of festive frivolity. It's 32 pages long, so just the right length to be able to flip through when you have a few minutes, and bookmark a handful of recipes or ideas that you'd like to try these holidays.
