This will help point you in the direction of what areas of your life need a little TLC.

Once you have identified areas that need a little loving care, think about one thing you can do to improve your score in each of those areas - and make a commitment to doing them. True health and happiness isn't just about being physically well - as discussed in Dr Lissa Rankin's book "Mind over Medicine" which I reviewed here - all the aspects of our life that make up who we are are just as important. I highly recommend reading Dr Rankin's book for more information and very practical ideas.
