During a telehealth session, we have many ways to customise it to your needs, including:

• 'Virtual acupuncture', where we work through a treatment together utilising the power of acupressure;
• Chinese self-massage techniques; 
• Chinese herbal medicine and supplement recommendations;
• Integrative Health coaching, for empowerment, insight and accountability to make positive lifestyle changes;
• Deep breathing and meditation guidance;
• Simple dietary guidance; or simply 
• Connecting in a supportive conversation.

I have changed my booking system from Bookeo to Practice Better, a new platform which has SO many wonderful possibilities. We can have our telehealth sessions securely right inside Practice Better, and you will have your own portal to keep all the information that we share securely in one place (no more searching through emails for that bit of advice you're looking for!)

There are concession rates available for anyone experiencing financial hardship so sessions can be accessible for everybody.
